- TJT JDec 28, 20251.0On 12/28/25 Sales rep Luis had one hell of an attitude on my visit. Walked around the store and never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. Very busy location and he finally got on a register as there were only 2. Preferred to want to argue with me on an item saying I probably saw it online when I told him repeatedly I was sent from the San Juan store. Had to repeat myself several times the item I needed and quantity just to be asked again. Finally as I was paying he told me if the part didn't fit to bring the vehicle VIN and plate info. The vehicle was literally outside and I even mentioned if he wanted to go out and verify. Complete waste of time/trip and not worth the energy put in. I'll just go to a dealership for better service.

I always go to this store because if they don't have it none of them will. Thanks again to Raul for going above and beyond at his job. Give the guy a raise he deserves every penny and so much more.

Then this guy next to him, which no one was talking to, butts in saying if I’m sure that part fits did I check online to make sure, I’m like yes I check then says well sometimes y’all forget to but it in., like just cause I’m a girl doesn’t mean I don’t know enough to check for one part. I’m like I put in the model it says it fits and no one was talking you, making me feel stupid. Black shirt to so pretty sure he was a manager or something

Eddy took the time to look my car over and fill the coolant. He talked to me about steps forward. I really appreciated him for being kind, knowledgeable and willing to help.
