He asked if I could wait a bit he would do everything in his power to help me out. He diagnosed and replaced my battery while at the same time dealing with a complex customer. Difficult to find knowledgeable, respectful and polite customer service nowadays. Although this store is not anywhere near my home I continue to come back here for this reason. Thank you Mr Ramirez. You deserve a raise.
