  Awesome job from Ms Lolly contacting me and having a great communication with my service done on my Tahoe, she did notice a leak of one of the cv joints and contacted me quick

  All service personnel were very professional and courteous. They were able to answer my questions and get me to where I needed to be in a timely manner. They serviced my vehicle and provided me with their findings and appointment options that were suitable to my schedule, very quickly. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

  Had an appointment, stood in service for 5 minutes. 3 people working at their desks, no acknowledgement of my presence, at all. When someone finally did say something, they told me to go somewhere else. I worked as a service manager for a high volume dealership and would have fired my service writers for not acknowledging a customer walking in the door. At the very least, a "hello, I'll be right with you." If the service wasn't necessary, I would have gone elsewhere.

  We bought a 2025 traverse last April and suv was on shop at least 3 times for same issue ABS /Brakes .We talked to owner (Alex) was very nice to us ,but ultimately employees do what they want . We had a meeting with service manager and a GM Rep named Toni who said he would personally call us and help us.We never heard from him again .Alfonso was our salesman for the 2nd time very nice at first then when we had issues of course No help .Lupe the service manager same at first said we’re going to help and Nada ,, will not buy another vehicle there again . This was our 5th vehicle we bought from Clark Chevrolet .Only positive thing is they always give you a loaner vehicle

  I bought my vehicle in June 2025 with all the add-ons included like GAP, Extended Warranty, and other Warranties shortly after I noticed screen issues on my vehicle and reported it to the service department. Every time I tried servicing it they suddenly didn’t have loaners, which I use my vehicle for commute for work and college. When I signed off on my vehicle I was promised no struggles after adding everything to not have any issues, but that’s not the result. Finally had the time to take it on March 17, 2026 and they said they would fix the issue by March 19, 2026 they didn’t “fix” it until March 20, 2026. I was without a vehicle for 4 days not enjoying my vacation due to no vehicle supposedly that no loaners were available, according to service advisor I proceeded and opened up to my issue to a salesperson and said there was loaners but the system was down. Also asked to speak to the managers in the department and staff said one was on sick leave and the other was out for the day. All the service advisor said was that it was an update it needed and said they wouldn’t charge me but still ended up charging me for it. After picking up my vehicle as soon as I got in my vehicle I noticed it got worse and service advisor said I have to take it back, and it might be something else so they make me pay for something that didn’t fix the issue and have me without a vehicle as well and now probably gonna wanna charge me again. From March 17, 2026 I haven’t received a call from management to fix my issue. All they call me for is to buy my car and trade it in. Rarely don’t like leaving reviews but when business like these bring nothing but inconveniences it’s just really unfair and upsetting. Strongly don’t recommend doing business with this dealership.
