  Me tocaba ir a servicio de mi vehículo la verdad llame varias veces para que me pudieran atender , me transferian la llamada según al lugar donde hacen citas y nunca respondian, las chicas de la caja tienen una cara de pocos amigos, somoa clientes y si no tienen manera para atender por lo menos con una sonrisa no deberían estar ahi , y las chicas que estan al lado de mantenimiento no son nada cordiales!! La aplicación de cita es una porquería no puedes hacer cita tu mismo solo por llamadas !! Entonces para que es la app .. si te manda a llamar y cuando llaman no respondents!

  We had a great and amazing experience at Bert Ogden Nissan in McAllen, we couldn’t be happier with our newly purchased vehicle. An overall great experience with all the entire friendly & very helpful staff, so glad we chose them, we will definitely be back and will highly recommend to all our family and friends!

  I had an incredible experience at this dealership at the Easter event! It’s not every day you see a business go the extra mile. They hosted a crawfish boil and covering the cost, the egg hunt, the music. It was such a cool, welcoming gesture that made the whole visit feel special. Beyond the food, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s clear they value their customers and the community. If you’re looking for a place that treats you right, this is it! Plus left with my dream vehicle!

  Absolutely terrible experience! They invited a food vendor (Cajun Creations) to their location. Cajun Creation had a special of the 1st 50th people to get there would get free crawfish. When we arrive, the staff told us we could park into the parking lot near the food truck. While waiting for the opening of the food truck, NISSAN sales consultants started to approach us very friendly. One was asking us if we were interested in test driving then minutes later Diana Leal approach to everyone handing her business card saying that she was there if we needed anything. Both ladies demeanor started to change as they saw people weren’t interested in their services. They started asking us we need to remove our vehicles from the lot and threatening us that they were going to get towed. They started to make a scene calling more of their staff to come outside making us very uncomfortable. Diana Leal express to the other staff “ Nomas están aqui por la tragazón” Then staff started to stop people coming into the lot and asking if they were coming as customers or for the vendor. Rerouting them to park in another location. All staff making judgments against us for being there while they invited the vendor to be there. Once Cajun Creations open their food truck the same lady making a scene for us being there was the same lady who approach us first by asking if we were interested in a test drive of avehicle, skip the line asking Cajun Creations if she could get the Special as well. It’s funny how there staff started to get in the line for the special but made everyone have a very uncomfortable experience. Many people were upset of how unprofessional the staff and the manager treated us while we were in line.

  Wasted my time with this dealership into trading my vehicle , I kept having to repeat my info several times , no one seemed to be on the same page . When I expressed my frustration with the manager about the treatment I was receiving , I felt he could care less with his feedback. Extremely disappointed with the service I received. For him being a manager Juan Rodriguez , he needs improvement on customer service , it should be the same if you buy or don’t .
