- AKAl KhazaileeDec 28, 20255.0Dewitt is a great guy, we got a rental through our insurance, we received a small Mitsubishi mirage we went back and got a bigger Nissan then a mid size SUV then a full size SUV lol they were very nice and patient, I highly recommend Enterprise in general I have rented cars from smaller companies and they always disappointed me and thats why I decided to stick with Enterprise.

I was supposed to get a Toyota Corolla, but when I arrived, they told me it was “in maintenance” and gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage instead — literally the smallest car on the planet. I’m a big guy and could barely drive it. When I asked for a different car that actually fits me, they said I’d have to pay extra, even though the Corolla was the car I was originally assigned. I told them I’m fine waiting for the Corolla, and they said they would call me once it’s ready. It’s been a full week and no one has called me, no updates, nothing. Really disappointing service. When someone is dealing with an accident and already stressed, the last thing they need is to be ignored or given the wrong car. I hope Enterprise improves their communication and honors the car they promise.

She received a text about a large charge even though her car was not fixed yet. We made a few phone calls and went to the collision place and they recommended we head to enterprise and Lamar helped patiently and kindly apologized for the error for the accounting department. There was a miscommunication from the insurance and collision center but he went above and beyond to help and said he regretted that had happened. What a breath of fresh air for Lamar to kindly take responsibility for a company error! Keep up the good work sir!
