When I arrived and provided my ID, the staff member initially said he couldn’t see any booking and seemed to be overriding another reservation with mine. I had to go back home to get my booking number, but when I returned, he was actually able to locate my reservation even without the booking ID. I was given a car with a cracked windshield. I took photos at pickup, and the staff member who handed me the car also noted the damage. However, when I returned the vehicle, another employee questioned me about the crack and suggested it might have gotten worse. He then mentioned they “have my insurance,” which made me concerned they were considering filing a claim. I had to show my photos as proof that the damage was already there and clearly state that no claim should be made under my insurance. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and stressful.

When I asked to upgrade they increased the price they said it was a $60 increase but ended up being $200 increase? Also the mentioned car that I was supposed to get the next person on the desk rented it out to someone else. Staff is rude, sarcastic, and horrible customer service.
