  Thank god these guys are open on a Sunday! Came in for a tire change and was greeted by friendly staff who had my tire fixed in no time.

  I called the shop and talked to a woman about bringing my truck up there for breaks and she verified with a mechanic that coming it at 6pm would be fine. When I got there they said no one called and the only person that I could have talked to didn’t take a call about breaks and then tried to tell me I called corporate. I called the number right there and they answered it and then I showed them my call history then tied to tell me it was some other woman that answered the phone after telling me they only have one woman who could answer the phone and she said she didn’t take any callas. Then told me “well you’ll have to wait till 8:30 till we’re done”. It was me and one other customer in the shop and they pulled my truck in the bay at 6:45, took my tires off then didn’t touch my truck till 8pm while they went and go snacks and hollered and horse played with each other while the “manager” stood outside and talked to the other customer. I felt like they didn’t want to do the breaks in my truck and ate my time and made me wait till 8:30pm just because I caught them in a lie. Then charged me $660 for brakes and a break flush. I’ll never again go to a mavis much less the one on Marshall. Don’t waste your time or money there!!

  We stopped to get our travel trailer tires repaired and was pleasantly surprised to find an awesome, all female crew running that shop. We were quickly back on the road home. Thanks, Mavis Tires on Victory Rd in Marshall Texas! You girls, were awesome!

  My wife was 100 miles away from home when she had a flat and was stranded on the side of the road. AAA came out and put on the donut tire for her, but I was worried about her driving that far with the spare. She stopped at Mavis to buy a new tire, and after checking turns out she only needed a plug in the old one. They fixed her tire and put it back on at no charge! This was all on a Sunday by the way. Very helpful and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend.

  I took my Jeep here to have 5 black wheels mounted. During the tire mounting process the wheels were unintentionally scratched. I know things sometimes happen so I made them aware of it. The Store Manager Will took photos of what happened and sent them up to his Regional Manager to see how they wanted it to be handled. After several weeks of the Regional Mgr doing absolutely nothing, the store Manager reached back out to me and said he would personally make it right. He sent all 5 wheels off to be re-powder coated and they turned out wonderful. Not only that, he stated that he had found out why they had been scratched and that he addressed it so it would not happen again. He didn’t have to do this, he could have just left in the hands of his boss, however once he realized I wasn’t being taken care of properly it was important to him to step in and make it right. All the employees here have always been super friendly and nice. Thank you to the Marshall Store for making customer service a priority again.
