I typically have to go Longview, TX to rent a vehicle because they are friendly and professional. The employee Chris got offended when I expressed my distaste in the vehicle and then refused my service. Get this, I booked this through a corporate account for work! Not only were the staff rude, dismissive, and unprofessional but I may have to drive to Shreveport, LA for a vehicle! This was the last time for this type of mistreatment and the second complaint I’ve made on this site location. This is why I think it’s personal and the vehicle selection was strategic. I need the regional and general manager to contact me ASAP!
