After hitting a deer, I took my vehicle in and Eric made the process super easy, he was very attentive and made sure i was in the loop with everything . Customer service is phenomenal!! Even though we had a little hiccup with the insurance company, Eric was an advocate for me as his customer and made sure that everything was taken care of the right way. The repairs look great and I am very happy with my experience at certified Collison . Needless to say If I ever need any repairs in the future i will definitely be back!
