  Jeff and Rosa were amazing! This is my second time here, and I’m even more impressed with the service, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you to the mechanics, painting team, and detailers s as well! My car looked brand new on the inside, and out! 5 🌟 is the only thing I can say about this team. Jeff was phenomenal during the whole process and ensuring my vehicle would be in the best of hand’s. It was, and returned sooner than expected. Rosa is a gem, I love her spirit and although I hope not to be back so soon, I know my future is in the BEST of hands!❤️

  Dropped off my car for a bumper replacement. They were very friendly. I appreciated the texts I'd receive about every other day informing me of my car's repair progress. I even got my car back earlier than predicted! Bonus: They did an EXCELLENT job detailing the outside of my car which I didn't know was part of the service! Fantastic company!

  This is my first time ever having to deal with a shop for auto repair, and I am SO thankful my husband chose to take us to Gerber Collision in Marble Falls! They did such an amazing job fixing my front end on my vehicle, and going above and beyond with vacuuming/washing it as well! (I did not expect this part at all!) Clayton, the manager met me outside when I pulled up, allowed me to wait inside with my baby while he was getting pictures, and information from my 4Runner. He assured me that once we got the process rolling, they would have everything taken care of. He was 100% correct, everything from having the car rental place pick me up, to getting my vehicle back 4 days earlier than planned schedule! Rose, the receptionist is a fantastic contribution to this company. She’s professional, outgoing, super friendly, and was very helpful during the entire process. Having a baby, teenager, and running 2 business’ is super faced paced. This team had me in, and out from the estimate to the drop off, the rental pick up, to the initial pick up. I felt like I was apart of their family, which is hard to find in this fast paced world. To management, Rose at the front desk, and the mechanics who did their magic, I couldn’t be more than grateful! Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass! We will be more than pleased to handle future business with y’all!

  I had hit a deer and was recommended to Gerber through progressive and I was not disappointed. Looked like a brand new truck when they finished the repair and they even cleaned the inside for me! 5 out of 5 would recommend to others.

  After having another vehicle hit my side, damaging both doors, and having to fight with the other person’s insurance company for a few weeks... it was so refreshing and wonderful to see how they took care of my vehicle and my case. They kept me informed of every step, had a front office that was super inviting, and the repairs on my car made it look like it never had a scratch on it to begin with. Looking for a solid place with good people with skills? This is the place for you!
