  Jeff picked me up from the mechanic’s shop, and drove me to the branch. He hosted a clean, friendly conversation about his family, twins and wife. I’ve noticed this branch is all about family, and I LOVE that! Once we got to the branch, Amanda alerted me there were no cars on the lot to rent. She arranged Jeff drove me home, and promised me a car by the end of the day. Two hours later, Riley called and said they had a car! I went to the branch, and Riley checked me out with the van. I told her it may be too big for a full week, but she reassured me on Friday she’d help me get a more comfortable car for my family. I gave her a big hug, she is amazing! Saturday I was able to make it in and get a switch out. Amanda assisted me, phenomenal is the only word to express her help this day. I came in unexpectedly, and she had me out in 4 minutes. Returning the car was just as easy, and breezy. I loved this team, loved the energy, the environment, and everything all in between. From a mom, business owner, and now friend to you. I cannot thank you enough. Amanda, Riley, Jeff, and Mark y’all are the BEST!!❤️🤗

  I would have given 5stsrs but they are always short vehicles and NO pickups‼️ Amanda is amazing nicest most thorough customer service rep of all Enterprise locations I have visited

  Rented a car at Enterprise in Marble Falls. Customer service was excellent. Features on the car were explained to me.

  We had a great experience at the Marble Falls Enterprise location. Amanda took care of us in had us in and out of our rental in the fastest way possible. She is highly communicative and explains everything to make sure that you don't have any questions when you're done. She did try to casually sell us a car since the reason we needed to rent the car with because of an insurance claim. A customer service person who tries to upsell is a keeper 😆
