I recently had to get four new tires, and Discount Tire in Marble Falls sent me across the street to Brakes Plus for an alignment since it was discounted. I’m so glad they did. The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What really stood out to me was how he treated everyone in the lobby—especially a little boy who was waiting with his parent. The manager gave him a free Matchbox car that he had handed out during Christmas, and I just thought that was the sweetest thing. As a mother of four (even though my kids are older now), I know how stressful it can be taking children into businesses. Small gestures like that make a huge difference, and to me, that says a lot about the kind of people running this place. They truly give you the princess treatment—even though they’re a lower-cost shop—and that’s rare. I drive a BMW, and usually that means “BMW prices,” but not here. I was treated like a human being, not a car brand or a dollar sign. Five stars all the way for being kind, genuine, affordable, and just plain good people. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone. Thank you Tim

Despite being Christmas Eve, Breaks Plus in Marble Falls fit us in and changed our brake pads that day. Now we can safely go home in Minnesota without worry! - DBDoug BonowDec 8, 20255.0I originally went to the VW Dealership for the 60000 mile inspection. They said that I needed a rear brake pad replacement along with tires and alignment oil pan gasket were in need of replacement. Their quote was close to $3000.00 and they are over an hour and a half away. I got a second quote from a local repair shop and they said all’s 4 rotors and pads needed replacement. Along with tires and alignment This again came close to $2300.00 Tim at Brakes plus did my alignment and showed me that only the rear brake pads needed to be replaced and that rotors could be turned. I had my tires replaced at Costco for approximately $800.00 and the alignment and rear brake pads came to about $500.00 compared to the dealership and the local repair shop I saved over $1000.00 Tim and the crew were great. I have a new appreciation for the changes in the automotive repair industry. Tim Thanks Doug B
