  Quick, easy and affordable experience. This is the best jiffy lube I’ve been too! Matthew is a great store manager and not only runs his shop efficiently but also provides excellent customer service. If you live in Pearland, no need to take your vehicle anywhere else!

  I’ve typically had good experiences the past several times I’ve brought my cars to this location but won’t be coming back here. On the surface, my most recent experience was pretty smooth. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The salesperson/manager(?) brought my engine and cabin air filters into the waiting area to show me they were dirty and offered replacements. I politely refused saying I’d change them myself. No qualms on their end. Today, I changed my cabin air filter and notice it had been pushed in so much that the rectangle filter was shaped like the letter V. I pulled it out and the corrugation was unfolded as well. Clearly, it had been thrown back in without care. I opened the car hood to replace the engine air filters next and noticed oil all over my oil cap and another spot of my motor. Neither appeared to have signs of any attempt to clean. The engine bay is not clean and pretty dusty but this is another indication of zero concern for the customer. Out of curiosity, I decided to check the oil level and it was too full. I checked as directed by the car manufacturer: engine warm but off and car on a level surface. This makes me wonder if I actually got a tire rotation and new oil filter. I was already on the fence about returning since the services were ~$150, which is as much as -and why I- stopped going to the dealership, but these findings secure it.
