Everything was fine until I noticed that the tires hadn’t been rotated at all (we have two different brands installed). Two weeks later, my husband brings the car back to the same shop. They apologize for the inconvenience and perform the tire rotation. On my way to work this morning, I noticed that my car is now making a loud noise on the driver’s side any time it accelerates. Prior to bringing the car in for the rotation, I did not have this issue. So, I will more than likely have to bring the car back to resolve whatever this new issue is. Also, while searching for a receipt for the services that were supposedly performed on my vehicle, I noticed that an inspection was done, and two of the three items listed as “needing service” or “service needed soon” were paid for. So, that’s definitely a cause for concern on my part.
