  Equipment still isn’t repaired after speaking with employees. Hood and roof rotating brush hasn’t worked for about a month, hanging wash straps don’t oscillate back and forth, wax turns on late so hood and front window are missed. Employees just give a shrug when approached about the issues.

  Normally I don’t go out of my way to post negative reviews, but considering the damage done to my car, I felt it was necessary. Not only was my car still extremely dirty immediately after leaving the car wash (see photos), but a piece of my side mirror also broke off as a result of going through it. And yes, the mirrors were folded in prior to going through the car wash. I think the photos speak for themselves. Needless to say I don’t recommend this place!

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I came in expecting a basic clean, but instead, my car left with noticeable scratches that were not there before. That’s completely unacceptable. A car wash is supposed to maintain your vehicle—not damage it. On top of that, the quality of the wash itself didn’t even match the price. There were still dirty spots left on the car, and it honestly felt rushed and careless. I trusted this place with my vehicle, and now I’m stuck dealing with damage that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone who actually cares about their car. Definitely won’t be returning.

  Do Not Go To 701 Debbie Lane location!!!! The Manager with Red hair was very rude in a liar!!!!! I use my reward points for a free car wash yesterday in the car wash damaged my SUV!!! When i made it home from my car wash i notice what look like a scratch mark at the top leftside back corner of my SUV wasn't a scratch it was a crack!! When i went to car wash to let manager know he ask my mileage on my vehicle then said if it 100,000 miles or over my claim probably wouldn't go thru in ask if i still wanted to file one which i told him yes n went back in the building in had been sitting outside for 15 min when he came back out i asked him how long does it take to do a claim in he told he was going to do it..when i ask for his name he wouldnt give it..that 400 cars come get a wash everyday in nothing ever happens..when i told him they have cameras to watch the cameras he refused..long story short i ended up having to call Corporate!!!.So please Beware of going there if something hapens to your car management isn't going to do anything to help he just makeup some lies in try to play you stupid!!!!

  John was helpful. He assisted me by saving me money by informing me of deal for a monthly membership. I come to Zips often so the membership will definitely allow me to get my moneys worth.
