  I had a great experience at NTB. The staff was very friendly and got the job done quickly, which I really appreciated. The manager, Lisa Marie, was especially helpful—she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. It’s always nice to receive both fast and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Lisa was very professional and friendly when I walked in inquiring about two tires for a reasonable price. She was able to beat the price that discount tire was going to service my car for 211.00 in total. She made it happen and got me two tires for under that price. I appreciate her negotiation skills. It was very much so needed for my budget. Ask for Lisa and she will definitely go over and beyond for your requests. Thank you again!

  Walked in needing a simple diagnosis for a notification on my dash and watched an employee make up every excuse in the book to get out of doing the work (they did work on this vehicle in the past with no problems). If the employee would have just thought of ways to help instead of ways to get out of the work, then he would probably have a customer. Unfortunately this rude and unprofessional interaction means I will not be going back to this location after being a repeat customer for years.

  The customer service was fantastic here! I don't understand vehicles what so ever, so the manager assisted me directly. he happily explained what they would need to fix and how long it would take. They ended up finishing 30 minutes early and my car sounds great! I will be returning for every funky noise or flat tire I run into, a comfortable place for all my lady's who know just about as much about cars as I do

  I started out going to NTB in Irving back in 2010. Being a female I had concerns about being overpriced due to my lack of knowledge but there was one particular mechanic who was a manager named Jason that changed that for me and I appreciated him so much that I followed him to Grapevine ha ha ha and would drive all the way from Burleson to Grapevine. One day I drove to Grapevine and was shocked that Jason was no longer there and the vibe there was way off. I tried several different NTB’s which I will not name and had horrible experiences and became disappointed and discouraged and one day I gave Mansfield a try and Joe renewed my trust in mechanics. Very professional, informative and kind. There’s no better feeling than going to get a service completed and knowing that you won’t get scammed.
