  2.5 hours to complete my oil change when i only had 1 car in front of me. No discount given for the inconvenience and still try to add other services to charge me for while I waited such as 9.99 for a coolant top off. Lied to me on the timeframe 3 separate times instead of just owning up to the situation and making it right with an appropriate discount. They put oil in my truck before the new filter ever finally arrived. New staff has completely downgraded this place.

  I went months back and sat around for 2 hours because the filter in the system is wrong so had to have another one delivered which wasn’t ideal so the manager said to make sure I called in advance to tell them I am coming and to check my account there would be a note so they would have the correct filter when I got there. I called and was told they didn’t see any notes but that they will order the filter. I showed up told them again and showed them the Firestone receipt so they could try and cross reference to be sure it was the right filter. Well after waiting for 45 plus minutes I pull up only to be told it will be another 15-30 minutes because they still don’t have the correct filter. I would have given zero stars but I will say even though the staff didn’t handle this well they were all nothing but nice. Went down the road to valvoline and they are doing the oil change already.

  I got an oil change this morning and the service was impeccable! This is my second time at this location. I drove up and was greeted by Sky, she asked me what I needed done today, asked if I was okay with the price and walked me to the lobby to wait. The whole process was fast, detailed, and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. They told me what my vehicle may have needed, but weren’t aggressive when suggesting it. I am very pleased and will be back!

  No details in regards to inspection, requested refund due to not connecting through OBD sensor. Went to another place same day, everything passed. Will not be returning.

  I have been a customer of this JL for 3 years and been here 7 or 8 times. The last 4 times have been terrible. I don’t want to exaggerate my experience but the nonchalant customer service experience is beyond belief. Anyone can be friendly and have great customer service when everything is in and out and smooth. That’s how my earlier experiences have been . No problem. The minute an issue occurs then the lack of concern and professionalism goes out the window. The first 2 bad experiences I won’t get into but I’ll elaborate on today’s experience. I got a very expensive oil change today on my Range Rover. When I arrived at my office within an hour my assistant told me he saw oil leaking from the bottom of my vehicle and when he bent down to take a closer look he saw bolts holding a panel that had been barely screwed in. I drove back to Jiffy Lube. I asked could they screw the bolts back in. I was told to get in line and pull my car behind 3 other cars waiting for service .i told her I was at work and could they pull me in first just to tighten the 4 bolts. She told me no she cannot . I would have to wait. That really annoyed me and costed me hours at work which meant it cost me money
