One of two towel holding containers was completely empty and the other the towels were sopping wet. I had to locate the supervisor to find towels dry enough to use for myself and two other patrons. I was there approximately 15 minutes and there were only 4 cars beside myself. No dry towels were ever brought out to fill the empty bin or replace the wet ones. Having a membership, I was very disappointed in today's experience.

I don't know how many times I've come up here to get a car wash and it's closed either because of mechanical issues or who knows what reason. When they're operating. They're pretty good but it's been happening more frequently so it's just getting frustrating. Just went to the Zips off Little Road and much better. Better facilities and service.

- MFMark FrazeeNov 4, 20252.0Used to be pretty good. Customer service is rude. Both local car wash employees and corporate. Employees talk to you unprovoked with a bad attitude. They don't want to answer any questions, even basic questions. I'll try again at a later date to see if they improve.
