At 1:40 PM, I called to ask about pricing and was told to hold for one minute. I stayed on hold for 28 minutes with no one coming back. While still on the call, I arrived at the shop and saw the phone left off the hook while employees completely ignored it. When I showed the employee that I was still on hold, he dismissed it and even claimed the number was not theirs—despite it being the same number listed on Google. Even with a confirmed appointment, I was told they could not take my car today. I drove nearly 30 minutes for this appointment. Very unprofessional. Zero respect for customers’ time. I do not recommend this place.
