(It did not even rain the week we had the car)! It was a huge mess, to took months to resolve, I had to spend countless hours after having to file an official dispute. They withdrew the claim because it was easy to see there was zero chance hail occurred when we had the vehicle, but please save yourself and do not go to this business! They are just trying to run insurance scam and hope people don’t have the time/effort to follow up.

- AZAngel ZamudioSep 16, 20251.0Booked a premium suv (8 seats) online days prior to my reservation date. I arrive on pick up day and was put in a full size suv (7 seats). Usually this would not be an issue at all but having a fully planned trip and to have booked online under the 8 seater, premium suv option and then arriving and getting placed into a 7 seater with NO other options in that location or ANY SURROUNDING location just completely screwed my family getaway trip for the weekend.( Birthday weekend) Not like I can leave one of my family member at home and say, “ Sorry, you aren’t going because someone screwed up with our rental.” I would highly encourage anyone to be aware of this situation and location so it doesn’t cost you inconveniences as it did to me.
