  Noticed a troubling clicking sound when turning my car on & was especially worried with the incoming storms. Drove to AutoZone and an employee immediately came out to help me. Olivia was so kind, came and checked my battery (all good), and helped me identify where the noise was coming from (pretty sure it’s my AC unit). With impending rough weather, it’s totally understandable for anyone stuck at work to have a bit of an attitude (we’d all prefer to be hunkered down or at least preparing instead of being at work), but Olivia was so kind and helpful.

  A huge shout out to Jack, an employee of AutoZone on Matlock Road in Mansfield, TX. My husband needed headlights replaced and Jack's customer service was phenomenal. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We will be lifelong customers because of his excellent service.
