  Freddy made it so easy to do my oil change, I’m coming up on my 50k check and I will likely be back here for all that. Sunday 10am only three cars. The BEST VALUE FOR SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE IN MANOR.

  John Gonzales was excellent and professional. He explained the process to me and was very considerate when I had to buy a part for my car and still able to drive back on the long line and finished my car emission inspection. All the crew members were also very courteous despite the apparent very busy clients.

  I gotta say I usually like the service at Valvoline and thy are usually very friendly Shout out to Justin at the floor .. extremely friendly and really helpful Now on the other hand literally the opposite side of the coin is his very unprofessional and rude manager Named Moses .. Moses started being cynical and sarcastic on my responses when I tried to correct him on my oil change choice .. his reply became disrespectful and uncalled for

  Great team here at the Manor TX Valvoline! I am impressed with the team work displayed in and out for each car that came and went. They practice safety for sure! Not only to protect themselves but also each customers car gets careful attention and no mistakes are made during tour vehicles service. Jose was very informative for my trucks transmission flush and guided me through the process. Awesome job and thank you.

  I visited this Valvoline location in Manor on 4/1/2026, and had a great experience! I only went for an oil change but I knew there were bigger problems with my car that I had been putting off but didnt know the details of it. I have to give a shout out to one specific employee there, Angel! He was sooo knowledgeable about everything going on with my car! He gave me information in a way i could understand about services I needed and deals Valvoline had that could help me get my car fixed without breaking my pockets! My car is already running better and its just been a day! But Angel really helped me out and taught me some stuff. Valvoline, that young man needs a raise or something because he's definitely been studying his books and providing top tier service to customers on the company's behalf. Also calling out Jorge for doing excellent service on my car and a friendly attitude 😊....and the other team members that helped were amazing too! I am NEVER going to Take 5 again lol I do not get this kind of service from them that I do at Valvoline. Thanks so much for taking care of my car and giving me some knowledge behind it!
