  If chick-fil-a had an oil change shop, they’d lose to valvoline every time, drove in and the guys were on it! Got turned away for a lightbulb change at other places but these guys got it done in under 2 minutes! The manager is the real 🐐. Great service and unbelievablely great prices, definitely deserve a raise! If you’re looking for the best valvoline around, you’ll find it in manor town!

  Jose was great. We showed up a little before 4 and I didn’t have the insurance and when I returned with the insurance just before 5 he got us in and out within 15 minutes and had a great attitude despite being at the end of his shift.

  Terrible place!! I am going to report them. I Went there for an oil change and they did that but after a few days I realized my engine light and coolant light won’t go away. The manager there I believe his name was Freddy or the other manager working 2/20/2026 looked at my coolant cap and when he was twisting it back in he snapped my coolant cap because he wasn’t able to lock it so he did it with force. He told me the coolant cap is broken and I need to get one which was 10 miles away from that location. He took no ownership of the the fact he twisted my coolant cap to hard and broke it and advised me that I can drive without a proper coolant cap to wherever to get my cap, which caused all my coolant to fall out and caused my car to go into limp mode to protect my engine. Another valvoline put in coolant and fixed my cap but my errors didn’t go away. I have multiple errors due to engine failures which valvoline wasn’t able to reset so they suggested I go to Audi who is charging my 285. I have submitted a case with them which the area managers for this location denied stating they can’t continue with my claim. One oil change from them caused my engine to overheat and stopped my car by the freeway almost in the middle of the road. They don’t take ownership for their mistakes as the manager was accusing me rather than fixing the issue and the manager of the manor location got together with the area manager of that franchise to deny my claim. I have to dish out 285 to Audi maybe more in repairs, almost lose my life on the freeway and almost bust my engine because of these guys. Don’t ever go here

  I had a positive experience during my visit. Everyone there was attentive and explained everything thoroughly. I typically dread going to places like this because I'm often worried about being upsold, but that wasn't the case here. I knew exactly what I needed and they provided just that. The staff were hardworking and informative. There was one person who took the time to show me where to locate my oil dipstick, reservoir, and other important details that anyone should know. I felt a genuine connection with him—so much so that I hugged him! It felt as if I had known him from another lifetime.
