Moments later, my car stopped working because a technician damaged one of the parts, resulting in over $500 in repairs. Valvoline refused to take responsibility and only offered a refund for the oil change, which does not come close to covering the damage. This was a horrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone—avoid it at all costs.

When the wipers they had didn’t fit, they were honest about it and even offered to install a new one for free if I found the right part. Jose went above and beyond by walking with me to a nearby store and spending extra time to help find the missing piece—especially appreciated since it was raining and my old wipers were damaged. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
