They made sure to show me all the price levels for my oil options and wiper blades, so I felt very comfortable and not like I was being upsold for stuff I didn’t need. They also came to show me the oil level on the dip stick afterwards just to show that it was full which was nice! I will definitely go back and already have my roommate planning a trip there for her oil change as well!

To do that, they had to unscrew several parts, which was fine but they didn’t put everything back correctly. When I checked later, I found one screw missing and others only halfway tightened. What makes it worse is that my girlfriend went to the same location a few weeks earlier. She actually paid to have her air filter replaced, and they didn’t put her compartment back properly either. Clearly, this isn’t a one-time mistake it’s a pattern of careless work. Valvoline needs to address this and make sure their techs are paying attention to details before sending customers back on the road.

As we all know tines are hard now. But they were given a deal for Military and first responders discount. Once I seen that I was like thank you Jesus. I'm thinking I only have a certain amount to spend here, there after go to HEB to pick up a few items. God is good the staff super friendly, efficient and positive. Glad I was able to complete everything I need for the day. Thank you Valvoline team in Manor,Texas for providing great customer service.
