I truly appreciated her patience in supporting my battery replacement and installation. I’m really grateful for her help in making the process less stressful.

Then she came to take the battery out and she didn’t know how to work a crank wrench. Go somewhere else. Not to mention she had a terrible attitude and was rude to me and my wifey.

Nothing wrong with having women work in such a male dominated industry but at least have knowledge on what you are doing. They also had so much attitude when trying to figure out what we were asking. Awful customer service. Thank goodness there was an O’reilys across the street. If I were you I would skip this store all together and save some time.
