  We went to autozone in manor with two cars with bad batteries. Risa was an amazing! She did a battery diagnostic on both cars, got us set up with two new batteries and installed them. Always have a good experience at this location. Thanks Risa!

  Your staff don't attend to customers in the order they enter the door. Entered At 6:30 pm to check battery (duralast) and this elderly lady is looking for excuses because she has to walk outside. She said wait till I get my coo worker. But even after the worker came she is ignoring me. Attending calls and what not. Is this autozone policy? I wonder.its 6:50 pm. Finally she came out to check ar 7:05 pm. The battery was dead and she said she can't replace (purchase date 07/09/24 warranty 4 years) until I charge and make sure as another 20 to 30 min. Perhaps walmart would do the replacement in 15 min. The second lady replaced it but would not deliver it to car. Did not suggest using the cart until I asked for one. There was analytics nocustomer first approach. These two ladies were busy talking their own problems. I hope the managers will train them right.

  My step dad is Mexican and a worker over here was cruel and hateful towards him he said some pretty awful things to my step dad never going here again

  I recently visited my local AutoZone to get my battery inspected, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. Debbie, who helped me both times, was absolutely wonderful. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the store's products and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I truly appreciated her patience in supporting my battery replacement and installation. I’m really grateful for her help in making the process less stressful.
