    Do NOT come here. Its about the 4th time I give this place a chance and its always the same girl that was working today 11/14/25 at 7:30 am that is always SUPER rude to me and my husband. I was the first customer there today waiting for them to open. I went in for an oil filter wrench for my car she asked me what size was my filter. I showed her a picture of the filter I had bought a day before from Autozone and she just said thats not what I need its Autozones page not our page. Im not familiar with cars tbh so I was unaware they had different filters sizes at every autoparts. Then the wrench I got was something different than what I was expecting to see, which is completely fine, again Im not really familiar with cars so I was unaware I could use what she gave me to change my filter. I thought she was giving me the filter but she clarified that she was just looking at the size so she could give me the right one and explained I could use that little tool for the same purpose. I acknowledged her and I then proceeded to have an A-B conversation with my husband in Spanish about if we could use that same one for our truck so that if we couldn’t we could just buy that one too since we where already there. She interrupted our conversation and suggested for me to go check out the filter and sizes towards the back of the store if I didn’t believe her that was the right one. This was the last straw for me. There was NO need for her to engage in a conversation where she was not mentioned. This is ridiculous!!! Im your first customer on a Friday morning why do you have such a bad attitude this early it was not even 5 minutes since the store had opened. I paid and unfortunately I didn’t get my receipt I just wanted to get out of that uncomfortable situation ASAP. Got home tried to use the tool she gave me and it wasn’t the right size….. A complete waste of my time. DO NOT COME HERE

    Debbie was extremely helpful in helping us identify the issue with our truck battery, which needed to be replaced, as well as an additional non-related issue that caused by the place that did our Emissions test (the left the air intake and sensor disconnected). The warranty exchange was seamless and Emily helped us get the replacement battery installed. Absolute excellent service!
