  My car was covered in a thick layer of pollen, bird droppings and a lot of brake dust on the wheels, I got the most expensive and it did a good job for the most part, some of the bird droppings were still there but didn’t expect detailing level results. My biggest annoyance was that the guiding rails scratched my rims that were all just fixed not even 3 months ago.

  I am so disappointed. I went here this morning since my normal car wash was closed. A girl came up to me to help. She did her whole spiel about unlimited and I said no I just want your basic car wash in which she told me it was titanium. She then asked if I wanted to add a tip and I did since it felt awkward. So as she took my card to pay I said $26 is a lot are you sure this is the basic and she said yes this is what everyone gets. So I just said ok and went through. After it was done there was dirt and dust still on my car and bird poop. It didn’t look clean just wet. Unfortunately my head was down looking at my phone when I went through so who knows if I actually got titanium. It felt like it was a super quick wash. So I went back around and told the girl that I wasn’t happy with the way my car looked and she’s told me it’s because I don’t have the unlimited package and I don’t get my car washed all time. Unlimited is what I would need to help it be clean. I said well I don’t want that. It cost $26 and I’d like to go through it again. She seemed annoyed but she let me do it again. It looked better the second time around but not worth $26. Never again.

  Do NOT go to this car wash. One wash and it scratches up your car and paint badly. There were paint scratches from the equipment that I had proof weren’t there before. The company did absolutely nothing about it and avoided my calls, just terrible customer service. They even went as far as to lie about the damage. Please avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention the vacuums are super weak.

  They need have a lane specified to the members so they can roll through quickly and not sit in line while both attendants are signing up people at both lanes and taking a very long time .

  I was very nervous about going through a car wash due to a bad previous experience. When I pulled up the young lady standing there was so nice and helpful! She answered all my questions and was so patient with me, I believe her name was Megan. The wash was very quick and easy, the gentleman who guided me in even waved and smiled when I drove in! The customer service here is incredible, and my car looks fabulous! I will absolutely be back to become a member!
