Little did I know my tire ended up having a piece of wood causing my tire to be almost flat as I pulled in and not drivable. They ended up changing it for me out of the goodness of their hearts!! Did I mention it was a F250 with a full size tire? 😳 I usually go to another oil change place but this site has my loyalty even though I will have to travel further. Thanks again Kristen and team! I feel very blessed! I arrived safely to have the tire replaced.
