- SGScott GentileDec 27, 20251.0I arrived Saturday morning around 7:50 and ordered the Lucky Duck for $23. I was the only customer present at the time. When I pulled my Volvo around I noticed that the washer that goes up and over the hood never touched my hood and only my windshield. The water would the spray but starting a 1/4 way down the car. Same thing happened on all the stations. Pulled out and sure enough front of car was dirty and the rest of the car was wet with soap dripping all over (more than normal). Pulled back around to the attendant and told the gal and she told me to go back through. Same result dirty front of car, wet and soapy back of car. I am no expert, but I believe the track is running faster than the rest of the machinery. Since I was the only customer I figured the attendant would come over and check if the wash was better, but she didn’t. I would rather go to Riches where I know the equipment is new, working correctly and you get service.
- TRTaylor RhodesDec 22, 20251.0The worst car wash you could ever go to. 1st off - the most basic wash which is just water and soap even as the lady told us is $12.99 and then to go to another step up is $22.99 FOR A SINGLE WASH and then it goes even higher for a "premium" wash at $30. They automatically try to sell you right away with an unlimited membership. They don't even ask how you're doing or anything just straight to " what unlimited membership would you like to buy today". FYI, our vehicle is still dirty after the $12.99 wash. Also, only 50% of their vacuums actually work. Never go here and I'll be relaying this to everyone I know.

Get into wash and not even spraying premium wash soap I pay for, spinning brush for bonnet and window screen not working properly. Enter rinse and dry section neither working properly as truck came out covered in soap and dripping wet still. Need to focus better on customer service and maintenance of products because right now is not cutting it as is.
