- STspencer thorntonDec 11, 20251.0Absolutely horrible experience! Came in 2 time to get my tire fixed, and my tire is still not fixed and now it's gonna cost twice as much to fix it. I came in 2 days ago so fix my tire which had been leaking air for about 3 days, they told me that they could just get me new tire and it would "fix" the problem. So I believed them, they changed my tire and I left thinking my tire was fixed. However the next morning I walk out to my car only to find my tire completely flat and my rim on the ground. I then found out that it was my valve stem that was leaking air not my actual tire. So I go back in the next day and have my valve stem fixed and left thinking that it was "fixed". The next morning my tire is flat again. so I take it to a different shop to have it looked at and I figure out that my rim is now cracked and it's now gonna cost me twice as much to fix it. So I came here twice to have the same problem fixed, and they not only didn't fix it they didn't check my tire to make sure it was good before sending it out, and in doing so caused my tire to go flat cracking the rim and costing me tons of money. I came back and asked for a refund and or compensation for all the trouble they are causing me and they refused. I am absolutely furious, and its safe to say im never coming to a NTB location ever again. 1/10 would not recommend
