This place to go through management staff regularly. I ended up leaving because wanted me to back out of line to let others in and that was enough to lose my business there which is sad because it was close to my house and bad for them as I have 13 vehicles that I used to do service with them.

- JPJeff PittsNov 10, 20251.0Got a oil change and noticed oil on the driveway.Looked underneath found filter leaking.Took it back up there and they blamed us for asking them to add a additional quart.Adding the quart makes it exactly full.Their specs always are short on oil and when we check it’s low.Happened several times in the past.Its a quart low and it’s still leaking…..Mistakes happen just man up and fix it.Go somewhere else this place is know for shady practices.

They didn't mention 10 shop supplies fee, 5 extra for the filter, 16 to clean a new battery, 10 to top of full coolant. We came in for an oil change with a 27 off coupon. While they did discount the stuff we didn't want. We paid $88 for an $86 oil change with a $27 off coupon. You do the math. Then the manager was rude when I expressed my discontent. Saying things like if you'll let me speak....hebwould start with that after about 5 seconds of silence. Several times. Kept trying to drag out the convo til I gave up. 19 minute talk when all I needed was reassurance they weren't trying to take advantage of my wife, a partial refund, or a sorry nothing we can do. No need to laugh, tell me nothing I say will have a bearing on his day....mind you I never swore at him or called him names or anything of the sort. Never going back (obvisously)

I understand they need to pay bills...but once I told him that I was ASE certified and only needing the state inspection...the sales pitch should have stopped there. The counter help was nice and had a good sense of humor. These people aren't bad at their jobs by any means. The business they are in is not easy to keep above water so just be advised to expect an upsell pitch but also don't let fear rule your choices.
