Enterprise called my son the morning he was supposed to pick up the vehicle to tell him it wasn't there and they had no idea when it would be there. They offered a very expensive upgrade (about twice as much) AT OUR EXPENSE! We ended up using my son's truck with all the luggage in an open bed, which we were trying to avoid. Thankfully it did not rain. This was a complete fail on the part of Enterprise. They need to stop advertising that people should use their services for vacation travel. Again, complete fail on their part. If I could give them zero stars I would.
