Even if you secure a rental, there’s nowhere to park because the lot is overcrowded and most of the vehicles in the lot belong to Enterprise. I even found one enterprise car parked in the handicap ramp! The parking area is far too small for the amount of inventory they keep there. After finally finding parking and completing the process, the quality of the vehicles was just as disappointing. The car I received had visible damage, was not properly cleaned, and still had sticky gunk in the cup holders. In some cases, vehicles are also low on gas or have other issues after I read other reviews. On top of that, the customer service experience was unpleasant. Several employees came across as dismissive and unprofessional, as if they were inconvenienced by customers rather than there to help. Overall, this experience was frustrating from start to finish. If this is how this location is operated, I won’t be renting from Enterprise again and I plan to share this experience so others are aware.
