Like most times you go to an auto parts store, it could be flush with customers, and could take some time, but I lucked out and there were only a couple of folks needing help, so Jody welcomed me into the store, and we got right down to business. Within five minutes we determined it was a bad battery. Five minutes later, we were all checked out, and Jody even came out to the car and installed the new battery. Guess what, less than five minutes! The whole time we had a pleasant conversation about family and our grand babies. A wonderful woman and a terrific support team backing her up inside. Great overall experience. Wishing the whole AutoZone crew a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
