  Stopped into the location to have a battery checked and was very surprised with the service so late in the evening. Kevin, the sales associate was very helpful and took great care of us.

  No quise dar esta calificación, porque no es culpa de todo el grupo, es culpa de un solo empleado, acabo de ser tratado muy mal en ese establecimiento, una persona caucasica, delgada, calvo y con barba muy larga me trato de manera grosera y confrontatiba que hasta me grito en la cara delante de otras personas y de hecho un señor que trabaja allí mayor y muy amable fue testigo y el motivo fue porque no supe explicarle bien el modelo de mi carro en inglés porque no hablo inglés bien, fue hoy 29 de enero 2026 aproxadamente 3:40 pm y dejo ese registro por si quieren verificar en las camaras de video. Espero tomen nota en este asunto porque la proxima ocacion pudiese escalar a una situación más desagrabable
