Owner’s manual says trans flush at 90,000 miles. Different Ford dealerships said to wait until 120,000-150,000 miles for the trans flush. BO Ford says the “policy was changed just the day before back to 90,000 miles” for the trans flush. I have 120,000 miles on the truck. But everything on the multi point inspection turned out good, including the brakes. Brought the truck back the next day for a trans flush and was told there is $5000 worth of repairs from oil pan, transfer case, and rear differential leaks; brakes are bad and other issues. Not confident at all with the conflicting information I received. Improve the quality of your work and the information you relay to your customers. If the employees can’t agree on the work to be done, how can I feel I’m getting quality service?
