  All in all the experience in store was reasonable. The office manager and Dawn were both pretty good to deal with. What warrants the 1 star is I picked up a rental provided by insurance on a Tuesday. Less than 24 hours later the undercarriage shroud popped off on the drivers side while driving down the highway. I found oil in the undercarriage shroud so I immediately took it in to Enterprise so they could look at it. While there I also noticed the vehicle had a crack running along the bottom of the windshield. I pointed it out to the store manager who didn’t even know it was there. The crack started under the trim of the VW Jetta on the passenger side of the windshield, the same side where it was in an accident prior. I had to deal with their Damage Recovery Unit giving me the run around until they could magically close the claim today once I returned the rental they offered in place of the Jetta. If you ever rent from Enterprise, get a very detailed walk through with your own photos. Because they try making things as difficult as possible when normal wear and tear happens to their vehicle. The oil pan was also just an over tightened drain bolt.

  Impossible to get ahold of lumberton tx location. This place sucks. If you're about to go on a long trip, don't trust them to pull through for you. I booked months in advance and after checking to make sure everything was fine 3 times. 2 days before my trip from Texas to Virginia I couldn't get ahold of the lumberton location. So I called the Lucas location in beaumont and they had no information or indication of my rental at all. Is this not integrated into the same software? What the heck man? Anyhow, after leaving work early I made it to lumberton in time and what do you know? Everything is all good and there's an actual person there...i guess not answering the damn phone. I was also told that they might not be able to get me a mini van, the same day...which is alarming because I needed the room for an eleven day trek across the whole country. I guess in the end they came through and gave me a van, but all in all the whole situation was a headache and if you ever try to reach this satellite enterprise, just don't. Go anywhere else at all.
