- JBJim Blackwell5 days ago5.0I have to commend the manager and 2 team members at the AutoZone store number 06014 located at 133 LHS dr. in Lumberton, Tx. Being the proud owner of a classic 1958 Cadillac that had been converted from the original Generator to an Alternator I found myself in need of a new alternator. Not knowing exactly what year, make and model car the alternator came off at both the Lumberton Advance Auto parts and ORieley Auto parts stores I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. Either they did not have the knowledge or the experience or plain did not care wasting their time to assist me. I found myself at the Lumberton AutoZone store where 2 team members (Sorry but I did not get their names, I wish I had) made an all-out effort by tracking the part number and finding out what year and model car it came from and was able to not only test the alternator but find the exact replacement part I needed when others basically said sorry about your luck. The replacement had to be ordered and arrived at their store the next day. Remarkable service indeed. I highly recommend my AutoZone Lumberton store to anyone who is in need of auto parts. Especially you classic car owners. They may not have everything us classic car owners may need but I can assure you they will not just blow you off not caring about our needs. Special Thanks to the manager and staff of this great store for caring enough to take care of their customers. They have earned my respect and my loyalty to AutoZone from now on, Give them a try I don't think you will regret it.
