He has been so rude and pretty much bullying my friend's husband who is a great guy I've known for years. I don't know what his problem is but this is no way to represent or run a business. He also ran over a cat on purpose because it was always coming to this shop. I assume it was stray and looking for food. I asked him about it and he said "that's what the cat gets for coming around here." I was appalled. Definately take your business elsewhere!!

When it came time for the repair, Jesus replaced my back window glass and did an incredible job. He was quick, professional, and very friendly the entire time. Both Mary and Jesus provided excellent customer service and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Safelite location!
