    Great experience, Nathan and the 2 ladies in Lufkin TX office went above and beyond to make it happen. I am completely satisfied customer now! I booked a reservation day before i needed to take a trip to see my daughter and grandbaby , due to such short notice this guys went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that i requested and got me out of the door fairy quickly. Making the experience very pleasant. They really cared and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you guys. See you next time, will definitely be back. Anna.

    This rental location was excellent. I was in a nightmare scenario with my dealer and we had to have a car. Nathan took excellent care of us and put us in a great vehicle while ours was being worked on. These folks understand the customer perspective and made the process completely painless. I will definitely use them again.

    The car was ready when needed, very clean and in perfect mechanical condition. Communication was perfect and everyone was very nice. They even gave me a free ride back to the collision shop!

    I booked a reservation for a truck that they don’t have. **Response to the owner** No thank you. You’ve already wasted enough of my time. I would rather simply warn anyone who may consider doing business with your branch that you falsely advertise your inventory, and that paying in advance for a truck, does not ACTUALLY reserve a truck. In fact, when I first questioned the attendant as to why it was being advertised if it was not available, her response was, “Just to make the phone ring.” To which I said, “That is false advertisement.” She then said through a laugh, “Pretty much.”
