I worked with Nathaniel Duran who is a stellar employee. He should be commended for his work ethic and his ability to make the car rental experience a great one. I also talked to Joseph over the phone. Joseph is also a polite and professional person that answered all of my questions. Joseph reassured me that I would be able to get transportation to my vehicle at the collision shop. Theo was yet another Enterprise employee that drove me to the Classic Collision garage to get my vehicle once I dropped the rental. Theo was personable and a very safe driver...a pleasure to ride with! Thank you Nathaniel, Joseph and Theo for a very pleasant car rental experience, you are appreciated and your efforts to make my life easier really warms my heart!

I use them frequently for work, and this has been the best experience I have ever had with any rental company. The convenience, the cleanliness of the vehicles, and most of all, the people make all the difference. The team in the office is absolutely incredible. I wish I could remember everyone’s names to give them the shoutout they deserve. I believe two of them were Aaliyah and maybe Nathaniel, but I am not certain. (This is going off of memory of the cards on the counter) Every single person I have worked with has been professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. They always go above and beyond, whether it is helping me get on the road quickly or making sure everything is taken care of when I return a vehicle. If you are renting in East Texas, this is the location to go to. Consistent, friendly, and dependable, they have set the bar high for customer service. Huge thanks to the entire Lufkin Enterprise team for making every experience smooth and stress free.
