  I have try and come get my oil changed here twice. Both times I was told just 5-10 minutes and I am up next. The first time they let someone else go in front of me because a “appointment” but I never been able to book an appointment. Second time I waited 20 minutes and still no movement, so I left and went to a different location. They say 15 minutes in and out but in reality it takes over 20 minutes to get in at this location. Go to the one on 82 nd never have a problem with wait and the guy that works there is so much respectful and fun to have a conversation with.

  Great customer service, technicians went over everything with me and explained it very well. Would definitely recommend using their establishment to everyone!

  Very polite and friendly employees, Dom and the Manager Billy. They gave me a lot of information about my car and what they were doing while changing my oil out. I will definitely come back again!

  Twice I've tried to get my oil changed here and both times there were issues. The first time they didn't have my filter for a For f150. The second time they said I had an oil leak and that I was almost out of oil. They "topped it off" and sent me to a mechanic. After having a mechanic look at it, there's no leak and I was a quart over on oil now after the top off. They worked hard to push my business away. I was hoping for something better than take 5 oil change but this seems worse somehow.

  For one basic oil change the price is over $100. This is very basic. Was going to give them a try but I have never paid more than $45, and never paid less than $20. They had a promotion for a basic oil change for $80 and I just could let myself pay that much for an oil change. Even if I had it, that's too much to charge for one oil change when my care is serviced every 3 months and in good shape. The coupons they mail out are vague and don't include the price. Just that you will get so many dollars off of whatever service. I would call and ask about services before wasting gas going in person. I'm sure this is a good place for some, but it's not for me. Staff was respectful, the building itself is clean. No line ever (at least for an oil change)
