  At first I thought Warren was a straight up guy.other companies keep warning me about enterprise Warren.im a corporate membership holder,I also have one with every major rental that service. Warren kept giving me junk trucks one under recalled if that's the Truth saying Corp wants me out that truck then a hino that was running hot then he gave me a van when I told him I couldn't do nothing with a van.we we're on our fouth contract and then all out no where you remember you didn't charge me miles come on now.then it was supposed to be a monthly payment he charged me weekly Monday morning I paid then Thursday are friday.then corporate office email him to address this and nothing was did.this morning I wake up to a tow truck towing my truck for fraud charges from warren.im asked Corp to terminate him.Guess one of his buddies needs a new truck that's a 2026 now with all evidence against Warren and enterprise doesn't terminate him that shows you how the feel bout business owners small or large.if he's stealing from me just imagine what he's stealing from larger businesses where they just pay the bill.what he didn't realize I ran my own ELD in every truck I got from him. Ps Warren said his manager said they don't do monthly rental on 26 box truck only weekly lol.So he lied to me doing the holidays that Amazon Walmart had long term contact during the holiday.so what that only applies to small businesses or color own business no monthly rental? Wow I see how he been stealing he have not none of my rental under my corps account he been doing them like person rental.thats why they lady at the corporate office to said wow and said I'm this because I see what they was doing to your account.Now I see to charging more and pocket the rest

  Good customer service, the truck was clean and I enjoyed driving the truck. I will rent another truck there again

  I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at this Enterprise location in Lubbock. After calling and visiting multiple rental agencies (even outside the city) with no help and no inventory available, I walked in and Warren immediately took care of me. He greeted me with a handshake, listened to my situation, and worked out the best possible deal he could. He went above and beyond — even helping arrange a ride so I could drop off my other vehicle. The store was clean, organized, and you could tell the team genuinely cared about their customers. Warren made a stressful situation incredibly smooth. I would recommend this Enterprise — and especially Warren — 10/10 to anyone renting a car in Lubbock or anywhere in Texas.

  Warren is good at his job and professional. Its great to have someone who speaks English and is fluent in the process to streamline things Thank you Warren for making the rental go as planned and for your professionalism along the way! I rent trucks for out of town deliveries and will definitely be returning. I recommend enterprise truck rentals and Recommend Warren!
