  My experience with Enterprise was very EXCEPTIONAL, and I would use them again, they took very good care of care of me and my needs.

  I needed to put a zero star. We obtained this rental completely dirty mind you they took an additional 20 minutes at pick up time to “clean” it and still left it very unsanitary. To top it off I was looking for some wipes or a napkin to clean the vent as it appeared to have something brown on it and open the glove department to find a pair of underwear. Now my coworker and I did not have the time to take this back and get a better rental due to time sake but seriously this company needs to do better. The coworker that had it prior to us said it was given to her in the same shape but she herself cleaned up some with wipes but didn’t have the time to get a new one either. This same coworker told the enterprise employees it was dirty upon pick up as well. Do better enterprise.

  Colton at the Enterprise location off South loop 289 in LBK was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond and completely out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our rental! His customer service is Top tier and I highly recommend this location and associate if at all possible. I will definitely be back

  Great experience ! I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. When I went to pick it up, they noticed the tires were unsafe on the vehicle they had for me. No worries, 10 minutes later I was on my way in a similar vehicle. Enterprise kept me in the loop when insurance failed to extend my rental. Krystin was awesome throughout ! Will use Enterprise for all of my future rentals !

  Called today to confirm my vehicle and they say yes it will be at the location on west loop 289. On arrival I was told then do not have a truck and should have contacted thier store first!!!! ITS THE SAME COMPANY! They definitely need some help! Just trying to find a rental and of course nobody has one the same day!!!! Some stores are great and used them before but never again. You may get off a plane and tell you the same thing!!
