Our terrain has some mud on the bottom and refused to wash our car. What’s the point of having a car wash if you can’t clean a car? Was told to go to another car wash to clean our car then come back. Why would we clean our car and come back? Canceled membership after several years of having it in multiple different states.

Don't recommend we paid $22 dollars and now we have to have that fixed. Not a great car wash as the car is dirty still as you can see. I've paid $12 for better Edit to add I was told to contact the company via the email given below. They then did not help and said I would need to contact the owner of this location or they could for me. I asked them to because I was told to email the company via the email. Never heard a thing so definitely wouldn't take my car here ever again nor would I recommend it to family and friends in Lubbock.
