- SHScott Harville3 days ago1.0The rep that met me at the kiosk was great very nice my truck had road grime nothing major just wanted a quick wash before a road trip instead I have to run it through twice and they even upgraded the wash the second time and yet my truck still Wasent clean easily visible dirt and grime all over the doors and bed side still on top of that not a single brush or person bothered to attempt to wash my hood or windshield had high hopes of a good wash but was nothing more than a pipe dream will not return and will not use for company trucks moving forward wasted money but a sad lesson learned

I did not authorize this. I call Mister Car Wash customer service to find out what’s going on. Aidan assures me it is an error on their part and will refund me by end of November. So, I wait for them to make it right. Not only do I NOT get refunded, they charge me again on Dec. 1 for $22.99. I call customer service again today, speak with Angie and escalated to David — they said they can’t refund my money. Something about not all the information has come over from Take 5. I said, you have my card number on file, without my authorization, and have now charged me twice — and you cannot refund those fraudulent charges? The answer was still an adamant “No.” So, I’m going to my bank instead. I believe this is a fraudulent practice to charge credit cards without authorization and then REFUSE to refund the fraudulent charge.
