They claimed it was caused by existing rock chips, which feels like a convenient excuse. It’s concerning that they have a dedicated claims department—clearly this isn’t an isolated issue. After filing a claim, I received no follow-up and had to personally contact the GM, Matt Vining. He offered a weak explanation and refused to take responsibility, calling it “normal wear and tear”—which would supposedly apply to every car that uses their wash. I told them to check the video and they said it was pre-existing, which was a lie! Due to their lack of accountability, I am now in the process of taking this matter to small claims court.

It was closed the first time I went this week, but was open yesterday. The cleaning station was very disappointing, the interior cleaning rags were piled on a cart and there were no clean, dry rags despite having been closed the day before.
