Their devices are faulty, and instead of just providing a new one that works, they make you tow your vehicle to the service center out of your own pocket promising reimbursement. They do not follow through on their word, regardless of how many receipts, tow invoices an documentation you provide. (some of them from their own company). Disgraceful and incompetent den of wolves. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I recommend everyone else do the same. File a complaint with the BBU, and I'm sure that will get their attention for UNETHICAL business practices.
