  Kevin at Gerber was above and beyond our expectations. We were involved in a hit and run which led us to Gerber on 50th. We expressed a concern while they evaluated the car, not only did Kevin remember this, but called me and kept me updated every step of the way and ensured our concern on damage was truly looked at. Our car came back fixed, and clean - spotless (thank you so much, because we left it a disaster when we dropped it off). AND they were done almost 2 weeks early than anticipated.   Be aware that they don’t do paintless dent repair (PDR) on-site—they subcontract it out. I was told I needed a new hood and that the repair would take 30–60 days. It felt like they recommended replacing the hood just so they could make more money, since PDR is outsourced. The office is not welcoming at all and is very unorganized. I went to AS Dent Shop instead, and they told me no new hood was needed, they could save the factory paint, and the turnaround time would be about 10 days.

  Poor customer service. Waited for 30 minutes after the appointment time and had to leave because I needed to be at work and nobody was available. Just frustrating.
