- ADAnthony DelgadoDec 2, 20251.0Be aware that they don’t do paintless dent repair (PDR) on-site—they subcontract it out. I was told I needed a new hood and that the repair would take 30–60 days. It felt like they recommended replacing the hood just so they could make more money, since PDR is outsourced. The office is not welcoming at all and is very unorganized. I went to AS Dent Shop instead, and they told me no new hood was needed, they could save the factory paint, and the turnaround time would be about 10 days.

- CDC DuranSep 21, 20251.0I would leave negative stars if it were possible. Car was picked up Friday after 2 months...looks as if it were in a wreck rather than having hail damage fixed. This place is ridiculous, parts that were not in need of replacing have been replaced. The trunk which never should have been touched is missing parts, has loose parts, and doesn't open or close as it did before. The TV does not work, there were multiple parts left in the car, clips etc that I have no idea where they go. The roof was replaced and you can hear all the wind as you drive, every seal is loose, 2 rear windows where replaced, shouldn't have been touched,and not re-tinted, was not told why they were removed only this "we can put the old ones back on omit you want or tint these, excuse me, if this were the case why remove them to begin with. Front windshield was replaced large white sticker still on windshield, and was not re-rinted. Driver inside mirror replaced does not line up correctly as previous one did. Passenger front door handle replaced but does not work with key. Top inside of roof has several black handprints on a beige interior and the seat belt casing is loose almost falling off. I will be back Monday to discuss all these issues with Issac.
