    I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but customers deserve to know what happened here. My insurance company sent me to Enterprise Truck Rental in Lubbock after my vehicle was hit. On October 17, I clearly and explicitly revoked authorization for them to charge my business debit card. I told the employee in person, I confirmed it in writing, and I repeated it during a three-way call with their supervisor while standing in the branch. The employee even entered a note into their system documenting that I had revoked authorization. I was told my card would not be charged again and that any remaining billing would be handled directly with me, especially since the insurance company was responsible for the charges. Despite all of this, I woke up to an unauthorized $724.52 debit from Enterprise. I contacted them immediately. I sent multiple texts. I sent a detailed written email on October 31. They opened my email more than 10 times on multiple days… yet no one has responded to me at all. It has now been almost 20 days with zero response from anyone at this location. So not only was my card charged without authorization, but Enterprise has ignored every attempt to resolve the issue, despite documented proof they’ve seen the messages. I’m posting this so others know to protect themselves. I hope corporate sees this, because no customer should have to go through this level of unresponsiveness after doing everything the right way.

    Exemplary equipment that performed flawlessly. Very reasonable rates. Great people. Warren in Lubbock and Al in Las Vegas epitomize the class envisioned by founder Jack Taylor when he named his company after the aircraft carrier from which Jack flew Hellcat fighters. The company Enterprise is a worthy successor to the name of the most decorated warship in U S Naval history, USS ENTERPRISE CV 6.
