  Very aggressive customer service. This happened on a Saturday around 12:30 PM. I made a reservation a week in advance and even checked in early through the app, providing my card information, driver’s license, and all required details. Despite this, I was forced to downgrade the vehicle, which is a deal breaker for me. There was no real effort made to resolve the issue or offer alternatives. As a customer, I was left guessing what options—if any—were available. Additionally, the employee did not check the fuel level (the tank was not full), did not show us the vehicle, and did not come outside to inspect or point out any existing damage. Due to time constraints and mounting frustration, I had no choice but to take the car. To make matters worse, the parking lot appeared to have several full-size sedans available, yet I was told otherwise. What is the point of making a reservation if you are given whatever vehicle the staff decides? This experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

  I was in Texas and needed a rental car to drive back to Alabama. I was told someone could pick me up at my daughter's house, but I should confirm a couple of hours before. I tried to do this, calling four different numbers. Finally they told me Enterprise could not pick me up at my location. So we had to wake up my little granddaughter and drive 10 minutes to the local office. They told me they had tried to contact me but the number that they had was incorrect. I asked why they didn't email me, and they said they did not have my email address. Really? Seriously? All of my communication with Enterprise about this rental was via email. They said they had no access to the National line. Did they even try to get my email address? I'm very suspicious about this. Once I got into the car, it said the tires need to be inflated. So I got them inflated at a Firestone. The next morning I was supposed to leave and I found out that they did not have the phone cord charger port that I needed. They only had C to C. I finally found a cord, and once I started on my way the car screen kept trying to connect with my phone. I had to press "exit" about 100 times during a thousand Mile trip. I could not access my GPS well that was on my phone. My phone was not even paired with the screen. Then the screen said the tires needed to be inflated again. And it also said that the car needed work soon. I had to drive a thousand miles with these annoying and dangerous distractions. This Mazda 3 that I rented was not ready for a long trip. But I had no opportunity to change vehicles because I was on a timeline. There were so many problems with this rental on every level that I don't want to rent from Enterprise again. But it's the only car rental in my town. If I have the opportunity to get up to the closest airport I will rent from another company. But if I need a car in my own town, I don't know what I'm going to do. We don't have Uber or taxis in the small town I live in. It was a bad experience from beginning to end. And there's no way to call the local office. You would have to literally Drive there. You automatically get connected to the National line. But why couldn't they to get my email? It was absolutely horrible experience.

  This place is worst of the worst enterprise location in Lubbock. I recommend everyone to choose different enterprise locations in Lubbock. A lady who picked up my phone was very bossy and like a king that I have to everything and drop money in her pocket. Warning to any business!! If you want to make money from the customers, it’s not going to work. Best customer service brings more business and bad customer service fades away customers especially at that branch. I had terrible experience in this location and now I choose other locations or different rental companies when I need. I recommend everyone to choose different enterprise locations.

  Absolutely loved my experience with Enterprise. The process was quick and easy. The car was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be using Enterprise again and recommend to any and everyone.
