    Made a reservation. On the day of, I was told I am on a wait-list. 5 hours later, still on a wait-list, instead of apologizing, they blame me and tell me it's a car not a product. Didn't even offer me an alternative, just plain rude.

    I rented a car on 10/19 and when I left noticed a few minor issues but when I called they let me exchange the vehicle without hesitation and they were very easy to deal with . The young man who helped me even gave me a credit for the inconvenience of having to drive back . The customer service was definitely great will definitely be using Enterprise again .
