- RRRishiOct 29, 20251.0**** I normally always take photos but I was very exhausted… always protect yourself people, Enterprise are wolves!**** They didn’t email me full service, clsim i fidnt habe the insurance… Rented a one way. Drove in the sunshine no rain. When I dropped off at next location they claim theres hail damage ALL over the car n Im responsible bc the Lubbock location doesnt have this damage on file. Hmm, but it didnt rain while car was in my possession???? So clearly it could not have occurrd in my care I said. He responded with “I will research your name n find your personal insurance & send you to collections.” My question remains the same: How can you try to pin me for HAIL damage when it didn’t rain during my rental time??? Just spoke with another individual who had similar experience this week. It is a scam where the one location doesnt document damage n the next location doesnt want to get stuck with the bill so they try to get you to foot the bill! They want me to pay over 4k!! Hahaha yeah, NO.
