The employee claimed he had called the day before to say there was no minivan available. That statement is false. There is a voicemail, and the call was only to ask her to arrive earlier due to the location closing — nothing about a cancellation or lack of availability. Instead of offering solutions, the employee was rude, confrontational, and even threw her driver’s license back at her before refusing to rent any vehicle. Watching someone treat a customer this way is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this location. This situation caused unnecessary stress right before a planned trip and should never happen to customers who reserve vehicles well in advance.”👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 This is absolutely unacceptable. I reserved a minivan one full month in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I still have the voicemail, and the only reason for the call was to ask me to arrive before 3:00 PM because the location would be closing early — my reservation was for 4:00 PM. At no point was I informed that a minivan was unavailable. You cannot contact a customer the day before their trip — after a month-long reservation — and suddenly say the vehicle is not available. When I tried to explain this, he became more aggressive, threw my driver’s license back at me, and told me he would not rent me anything. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.”
