When I arrived at the establishment, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Shortly after, I was introduced to John Neely, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding the RV and clearly explained how the purchasing process would move forward. While we were inspecting the RV, John also provided additional information that came up during our walkthrough, which I truly appreciated. His transparency and attention to detail gave me even more confidence in the decision I’m making. I’m genuinely looking forward to completing the purchase and working with the service team to ensure the RV meets the highest standards of quality. The overall experience so far has been very positive, and I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by everyone involved.

They didn't try to push us past our budget. The walk-through was a little fast but not complicated. I wish I would've asked more questions since I was a first time buyer and was going to be in the rv full time. The problem I have is that they installed an ac unit in the bedroom and didn't put the filter in correctly, breaking the reusable filter. Despite emails and phone calls about it, it's been months (probably over 6 months at this point) and no one has reached back out to us. Can't even find the part to replace it. Feels like they don't care about you after they get your sale...

The staff was friendly and welcoming without being overbearing or making you feel like you couldn’t browse for five minutes in peace. They gave us space to look around and really take things in. Jesse and John especially stood out, both were very down-to-earth, and I never once felt pressured, even when we came in to possibly trade in. That made a huge difference for us. Because of this experience, we will definitely be returning customers, especially when we’re able to get our travel home. ^.^
