Ive been a Autozone customer for close to 20 years and never once has anyone come out and replaced my battery for me. The last time (2021) I had to borrow tools from the guys inside to replace my trucks battery in the parking lot. That time was at the 4th and Frankford location and I thought their service was great because they were willing to lend me tools to get it done. This time around I got a new battery at the 82nd and Frankford location and Clayton loaded up my new battery on a cart and wheeled it to my truck with some hand tools. A few minutes later my truck had a new battery. Im blown away by the customer service. Clayton was awesome. Ill definitely come back!

Audrey was incredibly helpful. She diagnosed my car issues and got me fixed up with a new battery right on the spot. Thanks to Andrew for some extra help tightening a terminal bolt. Great service!
